Gundog Training
Westmacott Gundogs training ground is situated within the stunning Northumberland countryside. Our training ground boasts over 1500 acres of diverse settings, enabling us to cater for all standards of gundog training.
We offer training from basic obedience through to the more advanced gundog training, including simulated walk up situations with the use of automated dummy launchers and cold game.
Westmacott Gundogs provide:- One to one training for all levels
- Group training for all level
- Simulated walk up days with automated launchers/ cold game
- Specialised group walk up on live game
- 4 week residential gundog training/ boarding
Basic gundog training is available one to one and within group sessions
Puppy/Beginners Basic Training - Group of 5 handlers:
£15.00 per 2 hour group session, per handler. Book now!
Novice Gundog Training - Group of 5 handlers:

Advanced gundog training is available one to one and within group sessions
Specialised Advanced Gundog Training
Gundog group walk up training days on live game are ideal for the trialing and more advanced shooting gundog and handler. The walk up days are completed with groups of five dogs and handlers.

Live fur and feather walk up training days are booked in advance.
